How do you know when it’s time to leave your job? How do you know when you’re truly ready for a career change? Let’s face it, there are going to be highs and lows in every career! Shoot, there are going to be highs in lows in everything we do!

In today’s episode I share an important realization I had recently, and something I’ve been working thru in my recruiting career. It’s a lesson I learned by having Chris, one of the local high school students, work in our office once a week.
